What actually happens at an Inner Cast workshop?

Your questions, before the curtain rises.

By The Elevate Edit · Elevate Mindset Mastery · November 5, 2026 · Creative education

The Inner Cast is a live, creative educational workshop using fictional characters, private reflection, everyday scenarios and optional gentle practices. It is not psychotherapy, professional IFS training or a promise to resolve a condition.

Will I have to share personal information?

Personal sharing and participation in practices are optional. You can write privately, observe or pass. Avoid sharing another person’s private details. Other attendees’ confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group.

What should I bring?

A notebook, water and a comfortable place to join online. You do not need bowls or special equipment. Review the event listing for current access and participation details.

Camera, recording and access?

The listing asks attendees to come prepared to turn their cameras on. That is separate from permission to record or use an image. Do not assume a replay is included. Meeting access is shared privately with confirmed attendees; it is not published in this journal.

When is it, and what does it cost?

Tuesday, December 8, 2026, 5:30–7:30 p.m. Pacific. Adults 18+. Standard Admission is $44 USD; Eventbrite shows applicable fees before purchase. Total capacity is 15; that is not a claim about remaining seats. Eventbrite alone manages confirmed tickets. In-person date and venue are TBA.

Refunds and suitability?

Review the current Eventbrite terms and our payment and cancellation notice before buying. Change-of-mind sales are final, subject to applicable cancellation, rescheduling, legal and platform requirements. This workshop is not crisis support or medical care. Ask about access needs before registering.
