Privacy Notice
Who we are
Elevate Mindset Mastery offers The Inner Cast. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
RAZ reminder requests
If you submit the optional RAZ reminder form, PageBuilder stores your email, resource request, optional newsletter choice and consent version, plus submission identifiers. Delivery is processed through Scale/PageBuilder and Make. We use this information to process your request and administer consent; the newsletter checkbox is separate and optional. The clip and card are available on the resource page; submitting does not promise an email or enroll you in an unverified email sequence. Contact the address above to request deletion or withdraw newsletter consent. We do not sell these submissions.
The reminder popup stores a dismissal timestamp in your browser for seven days to avoid repeatedly showing it. You can still open it with its button.
Quiz and guided reflection
The Scale quiz and preset reflection run in this open page. They do not request your name or email. Our quiz/reflection code does not submit your answers to Gina or an AI service or save them to an account. Restart, Clear or closing/reloading the page clears these local responses. Please do not type sensitive personal or health information.
Inquiries, registration and booking
Email inquiry links open your email app. You decide whether to send; if you do, we receive your email address and the information you include and use it to respond. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Eventbrite handles ticket registration and payment under its own privacy terms. Cal.com handles appointment booking under its own privacy terms. Information you provide there may be available to us as organizer or service provider.
Website delivery
Scale hosting, security, analytics and image providers may process connection and usage information such as IP address, device/browser information and page visits to deliver, secure and measure the site. External links are governed by the destination service's terms. Some supporting content remains on the original Lovable website during migration; features there may work differently.
Your choices
Participation in the interactive reflections is optional. Use your browser settings to manage cookies and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, subject to applicable retention requirements. No marketing consent is inferred from buying a ticket or sending an inquiry.

Wellness Disclaimer & Disclosures
What The Inner Cast is, and what it is not.
Last updated November 3, 2026.
Not therapy or medical care
The Inner Cast is an educational, creative personal-development workshop. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment or IFS professional training, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Participating does not create a therapist–client relationship.
Characters are metaphors
The cast characters are creative metaphors for common thought and coping patterns. They are not diagnoses or literal separate people.
IFS-informed scope
Introductory education related to Internal Family Systems is limited to the eight C's (Calm, Curiosity, Clarity, Compassion, Confidence, Courage, Creativity, Connectedness). Elevate Mindset Mastery is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IFS Institute.
No guaranteed results
Experiences differ. We make no promise of any particular outcome. We do not publish testimonials without the person's explicit permission.
Practices are optional
Breathwork, sound, guided visualization and movement are always optional. No breath holds or intensive activation are required. Check with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, have a heart, respiratory, seizure or other medical condition, or are unsure whether a practice suits you.
If you're in crisis
This workshop and its online tools are not monitored for emergencies. In the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Credentials
Gina's training and recognitions are described on the Meet Gina page in her approved wording. Reference to authors or teachers she has studied does not imply endorsement or direct mentorship.
Separate events
The Fontana Wellness Wednesday on November 11, 2026 is a separate event with its own terms. It is not an Inner Cast date.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Registration is open
The December 8, 2026 virtual workshop is sold through the existing Eventbrite listing. Standard admission is $44 USD plus the applicable fees shown by Eventbrite. Eventbrite is the authoritative ticket inventory. This website does not sell a second ticket allocation.
Non-refundable admission
Confirmed workshop admission is non-refundable for change of mind, inability to attend, missed sessions or no-shows, subject to applicable law and Eventbrite's applicable policies. Review the terms displayed in Eventbrite before completing payment.
Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer to another person or future edition by emailing at least seven days before the start date. Transfers are subject to availability and written confirmation.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Elevate Mindset Mastery cancels an edition, you will be offered a full refund or a seat at a rescheduled date. If we reschedule, you may choose the new date or a refund. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or the ticket platform.
Access and other offers
Meeting access is intended for confirmed attendees and will be provided privately. A recording is not promised. Private appointments, training and physical products are separate offers with their own confirmed terms; this workshop policy does not automatically apply to them.
Accessibility Statement
We want the website and workshop to be usable by people with different access needs. We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA; this is a goal, not a claim that a complete accessibility audit or certification has been completed.
The site includes labeled fields, keyboard-operable controls and descriptive text. Some stylized artwork and supporting legacy pages may have limitations. If a page, form or practice is difficult to access, email [email protected] for another way to receive information or inquire.
Contact us before attending to discuss captions, breaks, written material or other accommodations. Practices and personal sharing are optional. In-person venue details and access arrangements will be confirmed when an in-person edition is announced.
Participation information: this page displays the agreement language for review. It does not collect a signature or confirm that you have signed. Any required signing process will be provided separately before participation.

Voluntary participation
I am 18 or older and am choosing to take part in The Inner Cast, an educational personal-development workshop offered by Elevate Mindset Mastery and facilitated by Noura Gina Ammar.
Not therapy
I understand the workshop is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care or a substitute for professional treatment, and that no diagnosis or treatment is offered.
My responsibility
I am responsible for my own physical and emotional wellbeing. Every practice is optional; I may skip, adapt or stop any activity at any time. I will tell the facilitator about access needs or practices I prefer to avoid. I have consulted a healthcare provider if I have any condition that could be affected.
Assumption of risk
I understand that reflective, breath, sound and movement practices can bring up emotions or physical sensations, and I voluntarily accept those risks.
Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Elevate Mindset Mastery, Noura Gina Ammar and their contractors and venues from claims arising from my participation, except for claims caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Confidentiality
I will respect the privacy of other participants and not record or share what others say without their permission.
Payments and cancellations
I have read the Payments, Cancellations & Refunds terms, including that fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
Photos and recordings
My image or words will not be used publicly unless I give separate, explicit permission below.
Crisis
I understand the workshop is not an emergency service. In a crisis I will call or text 988 or call 911.
Electronic signature
Typing my name and submitting this form is my electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
