Sharing stays optional, and you can keep your reflections private. Registration is open. Standard Admission is $44 USD plus the applicable Eventbrite fees. Gina’s approach is informed by somatic practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS). The IFS-related teaching in The Inner Cast is limited to an introduction to selected qualities from the eight-C framework for educational self-reflection. This workshop does not provide IFS therapy, practitioner training or certification, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IFS Institute.
Beyond the workshop
One-to-one sessions with Gina: somatic parts work, hypnotherapy for personal development, breathwork, sound / VST and mental performance. Booked through Active Wellness. Separate from the workshop.
